If I there is an unscheduled emergency arising during the work day, my boss doesn't even question letting me go. My colleagues and I are all committed to one another to make sure workloads are covered during vacations and other emergencies. While it would be great to make a higher salary, I work at Andrew because it feels like family. You cannot put a price on that."
